Good News Story - Rosie Williams and Lilly Hoole
A Brilliant Start in Supporting Teaching and Learning
We’re delighted to shine a spotlight on Rosie Williams and Lilly Hoole, who are making an exceptional start on their Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning Apprenticeship
Nominated for recognition by their tutor, Jonathan Trotman, Rosie and Lilly have impressed from the very beginning with their maturity, commitment, and professionalism.
Having only recently left school, transitioning straight into the role of Teaching Assistant is a significant step — yet both have adapted confidently and embraced their responsibilities with positivity and determination.
Since starting their apprenticeship, they have consistently:
✔️ Attended all online teaching sessions
✔️ Engaged fully in their progress reviews
✔️ Produced written work to an extremely high standard — often reaching Level 3 quality
✔️ Completed tasks on time
✔️ Communicated clearly and responsibly when managing deadlines
Their attitude towards learning has been outstanding. They are hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic — already demonstrating the qualities of strong education professionals.
It’s always inspiring to see young apprentices take ownership of their development so early in their careers, and Rosie and Lilly are doing exactly that.
We’re incredibly proud of the progress they’ve made so far and look forward to watching their continued growth within the education sector
